The Hatha Yoga Practice
This traditional Hatha Yoga class incorporates breath work, meditation, and asana. We will practice a variety of poses including forward and backward bends, twists, standing and floor poses, balance poses and inversions. Each class will focus on strengthening; heat-building poses or restorative, therapeutic poses, depending on the needs of the students. Please wear comfortable clothing to move in, bring a mat and any yoga props you may have (bolster, blanket, block, strap), a towel, and water. No experience necessary, beginners to advanced students welcome. Poses will be modified to meet the needs of the students.
